The RHL-5 Rescue Headlamp uses a patented lens system to vary the beam spread from a very narrow 5° to an extra wide 25° beam angle. Quickly adjust the headlamp by pulling the lamp head forward for a narrow beam, or pushing back for illumination. The RHL-5 uses a single chip CREE high brightness LED producing 160 lumens of bright white light. The RHL-5 lamp housing can be easily removed from the harness for stand alone use. The ON/OFF switch is mounted at the side of the battery compartment. Three modes of operation are available at the touch of the switch; high, low and strobe. The RHL-5 has an extra long high beam burn time of up to 7.5 hours. A single AA or rechargeable 14500 li-ion battery powers the lamp. An AC charger and a camoflage belt pack are included.
