The Terminator I high intensity discharge (HID) tactical flashlight by MicroFire is a great choice for those who require a long range tactical light that can be carried in a belt holster or gun mounted. Terminator I is rechargeable, shipping complete with two long life 150A Lithium-Ion batteries. The 1" diameter slim line body is ideal for gun mounting. After an initial warm up of about 15 seconds, the Terminator's US made 10 watt HID lamp produces 530 lumens of full spectrum bright white light in a tight beam. The lamp is hot re-strike; after it has warmed up and switched off it will re-strike instantly at full brightness. Because the HID lamp produces a tiny high intensity arc, it's a highly efficient light source. When centered in a polished reflector it produces a collated beam that will project the light much further than LED sources. HID is a full spectrum light source which means it can be used effectively with an IR filters for night vision illumination, or with UV filters for CIS and special applications. Designed for military, fire and law enforcement, the Terminator I will produce a peak output of up to 530 lumens for 50 minutes on a single charge. The D2 cradle charger recharges the batteries in 3 hours. Includes batteries, 120 volt AC charger and belt mount tactical pouch.
A 12 volt DC car charger, coil cord mouse tail switch, color filters and a gun mounts are available as an accessories. |
